(50) days left till the Sooners and Houston kick off 2019. Its time to celebrate with my favorite players to wear (50)Vince Carter played in Norman from (2001-2004) and (50)John Cooper also played in Norman(2005-2008).
(50)Vince Carter played in Norman from (2001-2004) . Burris helped Wilkinson and the Soonerse to (3) Consecutive Big 12 south Division titles,(2) Big 12 titles, and (3) BCS games (Now called New Years 6 Bowl),including (2)National title appearances in (2003/2004). With all those accomplishments you would expect him to have a pretty good record while playing in Norman. Which he did his record in his (4) years (47-7)
(50)John Cooper also played in Norman(2005-2008). While playing LB in Norman the Sooner won (3) Big 12 Championships titles. While in Norman Pleasant helped the Sooner to a (42-11) record. The year they were left out was 2005. Remember thought the one year they did not win the league Pleasant and company lead the Conference in Defense. But they did lost to Big 12 and National Champion Texas.Texas finished undefeated that season. They ran away with the South Division by a (2) games clear of Texas Tech and Oklahoma.
