Boomer Sooner Go Pokes its Bedlam time again. In College Baseball its pretty cool with Both teams so evenly matched. In the aggies hold only a (53%) winning clip in the series meaning the Sooners only have a (47%). With winning percentage being so close sometimes the Rivalry can go a bit further then it should. Bedlam Baseball fans remember this particular Game well. The 1989 Bedlam BaseBrawl game in Stillwater. Since that day in 89 the Sooners/Cowboys have not met in a Conference Game in Stillwater or in Norman. 30 years later that changes when the Cowboys will play a Conference game against the Rival Oklahoma in Norman on Mothers Day Sunday. Starting with OK State the CowBoys have a (28-16) overall record with a (10-8) Big 12 Conference record. The Cowboys have a (10-9) road record in 2019. With the other (2) games being played in Tulsa & Oklahoma City also important to know the Cowboys are (1-0) in Neutral site games in 2019. The Cowboys and the Sooners did renew their rivalry in a non conference game also earlier this season in Stillwater. The Sooners showed some guts but OKState got the glory winning the game (6-5) in March. Most recently however Cowboys pushed themselves to a game over .500 on the road. This was done by sweeping (12)Oregon State Beavers in Corvallis Oregon. The finals scores were Game (1)-(1-0)/Game (2)-(5-2)/ and game (3) 8-7. The Cowboys now look to continue their strong play outside Stillwater with their Rival Oklahoma.
The Oklahoma Sooners come into the Bedlam series with a (30-18) overall record and a (8-10) Big 12 record. The Sooners have a (17-7) record inside the Friendly confines of Mitchell park in Norman. They are also (0-1) in Neutral site games in 2019. The (10) Texas Tech Red Raiders brought their brooms into Norman and swept the Sooners in their Final Home Series of 2019. The final scores were Game (1)-(10-6)/Game 2-(7-3)/Game 3-(8-4). The Sooners now look to right their wrongs against rival OKState.
