The Sooners and Golden Eagles of Oral Roberts renewed their Rivalry last night in Norman. The game was the Mid Week game and was played on Tuesday night at Mitchell Park. Here is just a recap of the most recent matchup.

The Crimson and Cream nation pushed the 1st run across the plate in the top of the first. At this point its (1-0)-(Oklahoma). The Golden Eagles of ORU even even up the current games at (1-1)-(Tie) in the top of the 2nd inning. The Bottom of the 3rd the Sooners answered back to take the lead back (2-1)-(Sooners). The Game was then turned in to stand still until the top of the 8th inning. in that top of the 8th the Golden Eagles even evened up the game at (2-2)-(Tie). The Game was pushed into EXTRAS. The Golden Eagles had the last runs of the night. They scored two more runs in the 11th inning.(4-2)-(Golden Eagles) because the Sooners had no answer.

This was upsetting because the Sooners left 49 base runners losing 4/5 games. Of course the loosing a mid week game with OSU/(2) WVU/ last night to ORU. The Sooners are gonna try and fix that issue against TCU in a 3 game Big 12 Series Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
